The DC3 universal chassis is a support vehicle designed to be a GSE-grade replacement for commercial chassis use.  The modular frame design allows the vehicle to be customized and used in a variety of applications including use as a lavatory servicing truck, passenger stairs, hi-lift catering van, hi-lift cleaning van or hi-lift maintenance platform.

The unit is capable of a top running speed of 25 mph (40.2 km/h).  Power for the diesel vehicle is supplied by a Deutz 2011 engine with an automatic transmission.  Electric drive is also available.  The unit is available with a single or dual passenger cab with wipers, heater/defroster and dome light.
